Software Product Support Specialist

We are looking for
Software Product
Support Specialist with a “can-do” attitude. Our product support
repeatedly receives rave reviews and significantly contributes to
customer retention.
Core Responsibilities:
* Support
customers to maximize the features of our software in their applications
* Present our
software to distributors and end users
* Maintain
technical papers and knowledge base
* Teach user
training courses
Required skills:
* Bachelor of
Science degree or equivalent
* 1 to 2
years of experience in supporting software products
* Working
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent
communication skills
* Working
knowledge of Visual Basic or .NET
You will gain knowledge in:
* Software
used in manufacturing produced by GE, Siemens, Rockwell and Wonderware
* Critical
problem solving
* Visual
Basic and .NET
* Managing
user training classes
