The XLReporter add-in contains an XLReporter toolbar, complete with shortcut icons that allow you to access XLReporter utilities as well as menu options for fast and easy report building.

XLReporter's Scheduler automatically initiates the generation of reports, periodically, i.e., seconds based, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, end of month, quarterly and yearly or on an event, i.e., a process condition or exception.  This process is fully automatic, in the background, without Excel being active.

XLReporter works with all the leading HMI and data acquisition systems. Support for remote OPC clients using Rockwell Software's RSLinx Gateway software has also been included. This includes support for complete remote data access and remote tag browsing that allows you to remotely generate your reports seamlessly. Support for Citect's OPC server has also been added.

Workbook security has been enhanced allowing you to protect/unprotect the contents of your workbook with a single ProtectCode. Once workbook security has been set, XLReporter can update your protected reports without compromising your security precautions.
